Dr. Wendy Troxel is an internationally recognized sleep expert, Senior Behavioral Scientist at the RAND Corporation, and licensed clinical psychologist, board-certified in behavioral sleep medicine. She is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Utah and the University of Pittsburgh.
Her research—supported by the National Institutes of Health, the Department of Defense, and private industry—examines how sleep shapes our health, relationships, and longevity. Dr. Troxel has served on the NIH Sleep Disorders Research Advisory Board and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine Task Force and is among the most highly cited sleep scientists in the world.
